Nexgen.pro does not provide visa sponsorship, work permits, immigration services, or legal visa assistance. If a position offers visa sponsorship, it will be clearly mentioned by the employer. Otherwise, candidates are responsible for meeting all immigration and work authorization requirements.

4. No Guaranteed Employment

Nexgen.pro acts as a recruitment partner between candidates and employers. We do not influence employer decisions regarding interviews, hiring, salaries, benefits, promotions, or employment terms.

8. Professional Conduct

We expect respectful and professional communication from both candidates and employers. Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services.
